CPMS are NOT restricted to assigning project team members from the CPMS community.
Each Project is unique to the challenges of the environment that led you to exploring this site.
Once the scope is understood, CPMS works closely with you and Joblin Partners to develop the right selection methodology for the size and complexity of the project.
