Creative Project Management Solutions is a growing community of independent technical and operations leaders that provide project management for the mining industry.
When we say “Your Experts” we are referring to the community of senior mining industry personnel that have become experts in their field but have retired, or are ready to retire from the FIFO grind.
Many of these highly competent leaders still have a passion to contribute to the industry they love, and to provide mining project management.
They want to be engaged in tackling our industry’s problems that their skills are most suited to, as part of a strategically selected Project Management Team of other like minded mining experts that are ready to contribute to creating solutions to well defined projects.
We engage with you to understand the challenges your assets are facing that traditional internal employment and/or mining consultants have not been able to find solutions for. We do not operate under a model that requires us to find full time work for our team members or encourages the creation of a chain of referrals and margins.
