John Mills

John has over 30 years of mining experience across Australia and Internationally.  He has worked as and excelled in all operational areas starting as operator and maintainer and moving across all supervisor leadership roles regularly as the site Project Manager.  However he maintains his equipment and maintenance skills and uses them to train team members holistically (what levers to pull, how to problem solve and lead others).  This builds performing cultures that people do not want to leave.
