FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Adam is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years of experience across Coal, Phosphate, Manganese, Copper, Gold and Zinc deposits. Leading the development of Green and Brownfields operations and creating the step change in performance to enable a deposit and its workforce to meet their potential. Prior to becoming a General Manager he gained exposure to all disciplines including Operations, Processing, Maintenance (fixed & mobile), Technical Services, HSEC, HR, Administration.
