The CPMS team is currently engaged in delivering an Open Cut Mine from Concept Study, through exploration and approvals, to fast track the Feasibility process to bring forward the potential for the commencement of operations and cashflow.
The team have developed a detailed Operations Development Strategy to optimise the size, location (boxcut), infrastructure and all other elements to fast track financial and technical approvals. While ensuring all Environmental Studies and Community Impacts are still given the highest level of professional management. The team’s project management focus is not to cut corners but to dedicate appropriate engineering skills to ensure critical path works happen in sequence and where possible in parallel.
This team has adjusted its work intensity to match the internal approvals of the client. Being flexible and responsive is a key value for this client and the project team.
A traditional internal workforce would be an ongoing expense at times when the Project is on hold waiting for external inputs and toll gate approvals.
